Chicken99 operates as a digital marketplace connecting users with partner restaurants and delivery personnel. Our services include:

• Browsing restaurant menus and discovering local food options.
• Placing real-time food orders for delivery or pickup.
• Providing secure payment processing mechanisms.
• Facilitating customer support and grievance redressal.

To use certain features, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, active phone number, and valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (passwords, OTPs). Chicken99 will never ask for your password or financial PINs. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

By using our website and application, you acknowledge that we collect specific data required for the operation of our services in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act.

Website Data Collection: We automatically collect technical data when you interact with our platform, including IP addresses, device identifiers, browser types, and navigational data (such as pages visited and time spent). This is used for platform security, load balancing, and performance analytics.

Transactional Data: For order fulfillment, we capture exact geolocation data, order preferences, search queries, and interaction history. This data is essential for showing nearby restaurants, estimating delivery times, and improving our service recommendations.

Order Acceptance: All orders placed on the platform are subject to acceptance by the respective restaurant partner. We are not liable for food quality, preparation standards, or allergen disclosures.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery timeframes provided on the app are approximate estimates. External factors such as heavy traffic, severe weather, and restaurant volume may impact final delivery times.

Payments: All payments are processed securely through authorized RBI-compliant payment gateways. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, but may vary from physical dine-in menus due to packaging or platform service fees.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled by the user once accepted and preparation has begun by the restaurant.

Refunds: Refunds are only initiated in cases where the order is cancelled by the restaurant, items are missing, or if there is a verified severe quality issue reported within 30 minutes of delivery with photographic evidence.

Our maximum liability for any order-related dispute is strictly limited to the monetary value of the specific order in question.
