User

Any individual accessing or browsing the Platform.

Customer

A registered User placing food orders.

Partners

Registered Restaurants and Delivery entities.

  • Secure multi-channel payment processing
  • 24/7 dedicated customer support
  • Loyalty rewards & promotional programs

4. User Registration

To use certain features of the platform, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols).

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Restaurant Partner. We are not liable for food quality, preparation standards, or allergen disclosures.

Prices displayed on the platform are determined by partners and may vary from physical dine-in menus due to packaging or platform fees.

Delivery timeframes are approximate estimates. Factors like traffic, weather, and restaurant load may impact final delivery.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and select digital wallets. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted by the restaurant. Refunds are only initiated in cases where the order is cancelled by the restaurant or if there is a severe quality issue reported within 30 minutes of delivery, subject to verification.

9. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of this information in accordance with our policy.
