Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh poultry, strict cancellation rules apply once an order is processed.
Full refund if cancelled before your order leaves our processing center.
No cancellation is accepted once the fresh meat is dispatched, due to strict temperature-control requirements.
If our delivery executive cannot reach you, the order is cancelled without refund as the meat cannot be reused.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items upon delivery, please refer to our Returns & Refunds process.
Please note that Bulk Orders (5kg+) and Festival Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled at the last minute. Because these orders involve large quantities of specifically-cut fresh meat, cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch time. If cancelled later, a 50% perishable inventory fee will be deducted from your refund.
Navigate to 'My Orders' and select your current active order to see if it is still at the processing center.
If the order has not been dispatched, you will see a 'Cancel Order' button available.
Select a reason for cancellation and confirm. Your refund will be initiated instantly to the original payment method.
Once your cancellation is successful, here is when you can expect your money back.

If the maximum processing time has passed (up to 7 business days for Net Banking) and you still haven't received your money, don't worry. This is usually due to a delay in the banking network.
