Order Cancellation

Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh poultry, strict cancellation rules apply once an order is processed.

Cancellation Rules

Immediate Cancellation

Full refund if cancelled before your order leaves our processing center.

Perishable Goods Rule

No cancellation is accepted once the fresh meat is dispatched, due to strict temperature-control requirements.

Customer Unavailability

If our delivery executive cannot reach you, the order is cancelled without refund as the meat cannot be reused.

Quality Assurance

If you receive damaged or incorrect items upon delivery, please refer to our Returns & Refunds process.

Special Order Exceptions

Please note that Bulk Orders (5kg+) and Festival Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled at the last minute. Because these orders involve large quantities of specifically-cut fresh meat, cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch time. If cancelled later, a 50% perishable inventory fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Cancel?

Check Order Status

Navigate to 'My Orders' and select your current active order to see if it is still at the processing center.

Tap 'Cancel Order'

If the order has not been dispatched, you will see a 'Cancel Order' button available.

Confirm Cancellation

Select a reason for cancellation and confirm. Your refund will be initiated instantly to the original payment method.

Refund taking longer than expected?

If the maximum processing time has passed (up to 7 business days for Net Banking) and you still haven't received your money, don't worry. This is usually due to a delay in the banking network.

  • Step 1: Check your email for the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) provided in your refund confirmation receipt.
  • Step 2: Provide this ARN to your bank's customer service; they can instantly trace the transaction.

Cancellation FAQs

Will my delivery fee be refunded?
Yes, if you cancel the order before it is dispatched, the entire amount including the delivery fee will be fully refunded.
I accidentally ordered the wrong cut. Can I edit my order?
Currently, orders cannot be edited once placed. You will need to cancel the order immediately (before dispatch) and place a new one.
What happens if a coupon was applied to a cancelled order?
The coupon will be reactivated and you can use it again for your next order, provided the coupon has not expired.
