You can cancel your order within 60 seconds of placing it from the 'My Orders' section. After that, cancellations are subject to restaurant preparation status. Contact support immediately for help.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please report within 2 hours with photo evidence for a full refund or replacement.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 30-45 minutes depending on your location and traffic conditions. During peak hours, it may take up to 60 minutes. You'll get real-time tracking once the order is assigned to a rider.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are possible only if the order hasn't been picked up by the delivery partner. Contact support immediately with your new address and order ID.
