How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order immediately from the 'My Orders' section before it is dispatched from our processing center. Since fresh meat is highly perishable, cancellations are not possible once the order is out for delivery.
What should I do if my packaging is damaged?
If the vacuum seal is broken or the packaging is visibly damaged, do not accept the order or consume the product. Please take a photo and contact support within 2 hours for an immediate replacement or refund.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Pune takes approximately 45-60 minutes depending on your zone and traffic conditions. We prioritize speed to maintain the cold chain and freshness of your poultry.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are possible only if the order hasn't been dispatched. Contact support immediately with your new address and order ID. If it is already dispatched, we cannot change the address.
Is the meat antibiotic-free?
Yes! All Chicken99 poultry is 100% antibiotic-free, raised in stress-free environments, and processed in FSSAI-certified, temperature-controlled facilities.
