1Introduction and Scope
Chicken 99 (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a technology platform that connects restaurants with delivery drivers and end consumers. These Terms apply exclusively to restaurant owners and do not govern the relationship with customers or delivery personnel. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2Eligibility and Registration
To partner with Chicken 99, you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal authority to bind the restaurant entity. Registration requires:
- Accurate business details including EIN/Tax ID and health permits.
- Maintaining high security for your account credentials.
- Full responsibility for all activities under your account.
- Up-to-date food safety certifications as required by local laws.
3Menu & Storefront Management
Owner Responsibility
You are solely responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, allergens, descriptions, and operational hours.
Content Rights
Images uploaded must be high-quality and free of third-party copyright infringements.
Chicken 99 reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates our brand standards or misleads customers.
4Fulfillment Obligations
Upon receiving an order, partners must adhere to the following service level agreements:
5Pricing, Fees, and Payments
Our commission model is designed to scale with your growth. Current rates are disclosed during onboarding (standard range: 15%–25% per order value).
Weekly Payouts
Settlements are processed every Monday via ACH transfer, covering all orders from the previous week minus commission and fees.
10Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chicken 99 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or business interruption. Our total liability is capped at the commissions paid by you in the six months preceding any claim.
Acknowledgment of Agreement
By using the Chicken 99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement. We may update these terms with 15 days notice via your partner dashboard.
